എന്‍റെ കയ്യിലുമുണ്ട് 1.5 ലക്ഷം km ഓടിയ maruti 800. 1992 model.... 25+km മൈലേജ് ഉണ്ട്.....തട്ടിയാലും മുട്ടിയാലും വലിയ ചിലവും വരില്ല...... 150+km ഒറ്റ സ്ട്രച്ചില് drive ചെയ്യാറുമുണ്ട്....but ഉപ്പയൊന്നും അതില് കയറാറില്ല.....backല് ലീഫ് സെറ്റ് ആയത് കാരണം കുലുക്കമുണ്ട്....അത്രയെ ഉള്ളൂ....പിന്നെയുള്ള swift dzire ആണ്..... വീട്ട്ക്കാരൊക്കെ അതിലെ വരൂ.....

Happy to know about your friends decision, It's a smart move considering cost and polution. True a well planned city like most european cities are designed for cyclists and pedastrian travel. One hardly feels the need for a car. Most places in Kerala are also the same.. if you enjoy the great weather walking or public transport is also fairly available and well connected these days. I think there are only few places where a personal vehicle is an absolute neccessity like US (Most US cities are build with cars in mind ) or the Middle east because everything is very far apart and distant not to mention the horrid weather in Middle east. Also if family is there personal car may be surely sensible. But I have seen families who have managed to get around all their lives without car or 2 wheeler. I think it's a personal choice but also a costly one.. some people just buy as a decoration to show off, they hardly take it out on the road!

Didn't give automatic and proper seating position , rubbery gearshift but driving dynamics was the best among small cars and dynamically felt like a big car . Cars like punto abarth would kick aside a polo gti.

I know Tata SUVs have a separate fanbase and they try to make other/MG SUVs look underwhelming. But MG cars are really underrated. My MG Hector Plus is one of the most value for money things I have ever bought. Excellent features. Really good riding comfort. The service is really amazing. Mileage is decent. Luxurious cabin and great leather seats. Plus variant's grill looks really cool. I had intended to get a harrier or safari but was really dissatisfied after trying one. MG is the superior of the group. Period. (Just compare on features and price diff to know how good MG really is)
