Great work there, so informative 🙏
Good one guys, I'm preparing for my scheduled interview with Amazon and came across your channel. Excellent explanation given to all the principles with examples. I literally wrote down all the examples. Thanks a lot for both of you.
Hi Guys, I know this video is a big one, but please take some time out of your busy lives and go through all the principles. A good understanding and relevant examples can make it a lot easier for you to get into Amazon. Stay tuned!

Sure Why not when videos are information it's worst to give them time.
This is the most helpful video on amazon leadership principles available on internet. A lot of principles are misunderstood/misconstrued by outsiders. It's great to see someone who is from Amazon shed light on these principles. Thanks guys!!
It was a really helpful video, To be precise this things not only applies to amazon but to every company I guess. I found this video very informative, will help me to learn more about how the Scrum framework works. 🙌🏻
Thanks both of you so much for taking this topic with respect to SDE's. Would really struggled to correlate our developers work with LP. Way to go guys.

@@AmitSamCo was searching for a long time for somebody who could explain these LPs from the perspective of an IT professional/developer. This was on point!! Thanks again!
Very nice! ... I think these explanations of the 14 principles discussed are most the concise and to the point explanations that I’ve come across on KZread.really makes me tap into my own experiences simultaneously and think of different scenario where it was a success or a failure and what my thought process was at that time. Very engaging conversation and especially since these were being discussed by someone who has actually worked at Amazon.👍

Helpful for any Amazon Interview
Hi, Just finished my phone interview with Amazon for TPM, they never asked even one question from Leadership principles, may be they know that people started preparing for those. I was highly disappointed. I spend atleast 3 or 4 hours preparation on that

They kept asking about my current project and there was no chance to talk about anything general. Interviewer sounded like a robot, no smiles, no rapport building. So that increased my uneasiness and nervousness. Good luck

Good initiative. Request to use only English language as not everyone will be familiar with your mother tongue language. The language swapping spoils the entire content.

I understand the right side person I don't under the left side person
I was asked in Amazon interview that due to mistake of your co-worker a mobile pricing Rs. 50k was written as Rs. 15k on the website of Amazon.. And 10k people booked it immediately.. Now What should be your action next.. Will You send the mobile to customer at that 15k only or what will you do as retail associate?? What should be my answer?

Fulfill the order. You shouldn’t cancel customer order in this case because it will impact the customer experience and trust which we can’t afford at any cost. Remember the motto of the company “Earth’s most customer centric company”. What you can do in such case is take ownership and make corrections to the price asap or temporarily deactivate the listing to avoid getting new orders.

@@zenatreyaz8009 That's a great answer. My answer before reading your ans. was I would immediately send an apology mail to all the customers and show them the corrected price. After reading ur ans. I was reminded of how huge as* this company is and can bear such loss.
Right side person is too clear about what he is saying and left side person was just opposite

Sorry sir. Refer to subtitles for non English parts. My most other videos are in complete English.
Why Hindi? This could be limiting your audience… speaking abt customer obsession your audience is not just Hindi speaking audience
You either speak in Hindi or speak in English..Nobody speaks like this in interviews... Speaking in English for first line and then switch over to hindi for details shows extreme immaturity from both sides
