A partly cloudy day after a couple which were virtually cloudless ! A cold Penrith start with a low of 2.0 c and a high of 15.8 c . Sunrise at 7.00 am and sunset at 4 57 pm . The solstice is at 6 50 am this morning with days becoming longer from tomorrow !
