is it direct current? as opposed to alternating loike neubie newfit? thank u for sharing this

This is something I would like to try, they used EMS on me for a short period in outpatient then discharged me with passing scores, even though I had no arm movement. I have wireless tens I use at home. I'm currently looking for a place with a personal trainer for stroke survivors.

Look up EMS training online to see if you are near any gyms that offer this. What I did was specifically called E20 and it is local to me in Orange County. I’m not sure how many locations there are, but I’m sure you could find out pretty quickly online! Good luck, huge benefits here💪
