Billy! Quick grab a paint brush and do a cut in above the marble top of the fireplace! It quite shows that that spot got missed- even after you placed something on the mantel in front of it. I so want this room to be perfect for both of you! ⭐️

Its so wonderful to see how much care both you and Michael take to doing a job properly and not just 'slapdash' throwing paint or filler on a wall or expoxy into the terrace as do your craftsmen Simon, Rick, Paddy. Everyone takes such pride in their work to produce quality. It is worth every minute of extra time because EVERYTHING you have transformed / renovated/ restored looks so elegant and has such a deep 'quality' appearance. VERY WELL DONE for so much "attention to detail" with everything - it all looks amazing.

I highly recommend looking into marine/boat paint for the ceiling in the kitchen. It will help resist any moisture and forms a hard finish.

I see Michael on his knee so meticulous in how he works! I've always been in awe of Michael. Watching him work on the trompe-l'Oeil ; a Stephanie Jarvis bedroom. Such a perfectionist; seeing him on his knees. " Why isn't anyone helping him. Only to realize; it's how he wants it. It will be done meticulously to perfection! Oh Billy; so much fun to see your antiques; and restoration abilities. Before you said anything about the picture. I went AWESRUCK by it while you carried it I'm. Everything is looking fantastic! A piping bag doesn't work with epoxy, I thing people are confusing the epoxy that you're using with cement. Cement works with the piping bag not epoxy.

First off, Michael's work on the concrete is such a hard, tedious job. And Michael likes things done the right way, so it will take a while to get that done. Hello from Memphis TN I love the old classic color. It won't be out of date in a couple years like a lot of modern "colors of the week" does.
Its so wonderful to see how much care both you and Michael take to doing a job properly and not just 'slapdash' throwing paint or filler on a wall or expoxy into the terrace as do your craftsmen Simon, Rick, Paddy. Everyone takes such pride in their work to produce quality. It is worth every minute of extra time because EVERYTHING you have transformed / renovated/ restored looks so elegant and has such a deep 'quality' appearance. VERY WELL DONE for so much "attention to detail" with everything - it all looks amazing.
Love the bedroom Furniture that you are putting in place. It fits and you have light and airy feel to it. Keep cracking on guys !
Love the gold frame and ocean waves--and the little writing desk--perfect.
I highly recommend looking into marine/boat paint for the ceiling in the kitchen. It will help resist any moisture and forms a hard finish.
Love that little secretaire, I have been looking for something just like that for my lounge.

I really like the sea painting in the bedroom. Hope the kitchen gets a lot lighter as theres so little natural daylight in there. While you're repairing the terrace maybe you could put some extra glass light bricks in?

I see Michael on his knee so meticulous in how he works! I've always been in awe of Michael. Watching him work on the trompe-l'Oeil ; a Stephanie Jarvis bedroom. Such a perfectionist; seeing him on his knees. " Why isn't anyone helping him. Only to realize; it's how he wants it. It will be done meticulously to perfection! Oh Billy; so much fun to see your antiques; and restoration abilities. Before you said anything about the picture. I went AWESRUCK by it while you carried it I'm. Everything is looking fantastic! A piping bag doesn't work with epoxy, I thing people are confusing the epoxy that you're using with cement. Cement works with the piping bag not epoxy.
Billy, the bedroom’s colour is lovely! A floral painting may prove to be more in line with the colour of the room. But the bedroom is surely coming along nicely. Gwendolyn must be pleased with these room being addressed!!

First off, Michael's work on the concrete is such a hard, tedious job. And Michael likes things done the right way, so it will take a while to get that done. Between the two of you, you are perfect for making this Chateau glorious again. And I've got to say that bedroom is beautiful. The color is beautiful. It's got the WOW factor!
A piping bag would be hard on hands and wrist. It destroys your joints in your hands especially the thumb. You are so clever and resourceful Michael.
