If you plan to get a TV in the future, might I suggest mounting it on a movable stand? You'll have the flexibility of having a TV in any area of your condo and you won't have to buy multiple TVs because they're fixed in one room.

Unsolicited pero hopefully helpful for you po, wag mo takpan ng contact paper yung kitchen station and cabinets. Try to ask yung broker/owner if pwede nyo iupdate yung sink area. Pag po kasi tinakpan lang basta basta yung sink, baka magmold katagalan. Good luck on your living alone journey!!
