I love your new apartment!! It's definitely cheaper in L.A. to have roommates. I live here too but have a small private studio which I love, but it isn't cheap. I love my privacy though lol I can't wait to see it decorated.

What's wrong with lower level? It's actually not a basement but there's nothing wrong with it because it has windows and a private patio.
