Don’t settle for less I liked the 36k but as you said the road was not good. The closer you get to town the more expensive and space gets smaller it’s like that kila mahali. You will find a space that calls you you’ll feel it yourself. GoodLuck with house hunting can’t wait to see the new place do not compromise otherwise you’ll be looking again 💕
