Empowering Your Employees To Take Accountability In The Workplace

If you enjoy this video, PLEASE SUBSCRIBE 👈 As your business grows, don’t run the risk of letting core business processes be compromised. Accountability in the workplace is one factor that if made clear, will be critical to empowering your employees.
I have a very specific 2-step exercise for you, the business owner, to do in order to clarify who must have accountability in the workplace and who is responsible for the various aspects of your business.
Defining roles and empowering your employees will enable every member on your team to take responsibility and feel equipped.
If you effectively implement these 2 steps with a core team, they will have the authority to delegate responsibility to the rest of the team.
Not only will this clearly layout a vital process but will also allow you to scale up your business with ease and success.

I hold my team accountable by setting specific goal metrics and a timeline. This way there is something to compare their progress against. We meet weekly and sometimes more to discuss how I can help them and what obstacles they are facing and how we can help overcome them. Leading by example getting your hands dirty and getting down in the trenches with your team is one way to ensure your team success. Otherwise they're just kinda out there floating on island on their own.
