If employers can require unvaccinated. Employees to take weekly test, they will have to require the vaccinated to take the weekly test. We know the shot does not stop you from catching the virus. So only requiring the one and not the other is discriminatory , and against the law

Why are we surprised that hospitals are all over capacity? I recently called my clinic, asking to see a doctor because I thought I had bronchitis or pneumonia. Instead, I was directed to go get tested and if positive for covid, I needed to quarantine for 14 days. When I asked my doctor what is being done for people that test positive, I was told that the directive is to quarantine and if symptoms get worse, go to the hospital. So what happened to, " let's treat the patient with approved medication, as it was done in the past, instead of waiting for symptoms to worsen and require hospitalization?

The Company I work for that employs about 4000 Employees, just announced over the weekend that Employees now have a Deadline to be fully vaccinated or your Job will be compromised. I'm fully vaccinated, but there are many that have not. Many People are being coerced to get vaccinated to keep their Jobs, which to me is not right.

I want to thank this lawyer for his ethics in supporting the law. Greatly appreciated.

Honestly my work offered a Raffle to go on a Paid Vacation, 2-3 paid days off to get Vaccinated because it makes you sick, and than Government incentives on top of it. I'm the only person on my shift that didn't get vaccinated. Everyone accepted the bribes just to get out of work. Now they will only need to replace me instead of 100 people. I think 140 or so would have gotten vaccinated anyways but more than half were bribed.

So, who do I personally sue if I become injured? If I am even alive.If I die who does my family sue? Especially, since there are no alternative being offered. I could be screwed health wise for the rest of my life. Draining the health care system for years to come.

My daughter is a RN was told get the jab or be fired. She got the jab because she couldnt afford to lose her job. Lawyers should help these people.

I don’t live as luxury as I used to but I’m free so far. I don’t see this ending. To many people get scared when they see and hear the word cases. When it’s been proven pcr test are way off.

Look, legally on the most basic level, your employer has no right to know whether you have been vaccinated or not. Or whether you have had a test, nor the results of that test. Show up to work, do your job, and if they let you go for not disclosing your medical status to them, take legal action.

One school township lost 70% of their bus drivers overnight due to a vaxx requirement, it forced the township to hand out cash vouchers equal to $500- per student per month, a reimbursement for alternative travel to and from school. .the taxpayers are flipping the bill. .

If I understand correctly, there is legal liability as well according to Bill C-217 regarding discrimination and requirements for genetic testing (which viral testing is).

As of November 3, 2022 I still can’t get my job back they mandated the shots August 31, 2021 and 15 months later, still being discriminated against while other companies are bringing back their workers so unfair!!!

Don't quit, make them terminate you then sue for wrongful termination.
