Kaylee's dream of becoming a model is coming true with support from our Employment & Community First (ECF) CHOICES program! The 25-year-old receives a Family Caregiver Stipend, Respite Care, and the ECF CHOICES services through TennCare's Long-Term Services & Supports program. Despite the challenges, the bright and bubbly TennCare member is determined and excited to pursue a career in the modeling industry and we're honored to highlight her success.
