Literally this musical makes me so happy. I've been watching lizzie since the very first shadowcraft. She's been such a source of happiness for me through all of my hard times and to get this musical made me so happy I cried. I come back to this at least once a week, and all of the songs are in my playlists on Spotify. I really hope she does more musicals for other smps she does! Also! While all the songs are amazing! I watched Empires SMP from each perspective, all gameplays and every single episodes published, the night I watched Empires SMP, I already knew it was gonna be just as great as X-Life and every other series they've all done, I miss the series so much as I remember it was Lizzie, Gem and the others who made me felt comfort during the tough Highschool Days, I just finished re-watching the entire X-Life SMP from Gem's Perspective and now I feel like I should also re-watch Empires, Ocean Blessings to anyone who is reading this 💜

It's like revisiting an old childhood TV cartoon and relistening to the opening theme of the show. Lizzie, thank you for doing this not for just me, but the entire community of Empires Season 1 enjoyers. Even though it was gone not too long ago, the nostalgia hit us hard. Empires was something else. Yes it was still all about building but it was story driven, and I live for that. Your story was amazing to watch. You, Joey, Sausage, and Scott carried this season but Jimmy drove the story to where it is now. If time travel was real, I want to go back where it all began. When the 1st episodes were releasing and forever changing our lives. Hyped for Season 2

Dear Lizzie, While I’m not usually one to pour my heart out in the comments section, I think you really deserve it. To put it in a few words, this musical means just about everything to me. I listen to it at least once a week, and I know every word. I could sing the whole thing if I was held at gunpoint, lol. The number of times I watched empires was suddenly put aside when this was released because I listened to this more in the first week than I did the entire year empires has been out now. You have an incredible voice and so much talent, and I hope you know that. Every time I finish listening to it I crave more story, music, adventures with you. I'm a whole year late to this video but I just have to save 3 minutes in and I already love it Lizzie has been such a big part of my life sing I was about 6 or 7 years old, and I watched her all the time when crazycraft was being released. She's helped raise me and even 7 years later I'm still watching and enjoying her videos. I'm gonna watch all of this video at once in a few days when I have the house all to myself to make the most of the experience, popcorn included, in true movie fashion! Can I say, that the transitions from The Crown P1 to Water You Thinking were incredibly smooth! I couldn't even think of how you would change time signatures and go from A Minor to F# Minor in only 4 lines is pretty amazing. That kind of stuff needs more credit! Edit: why did this gain 23 likes without me liking it

The Empires SMP was by far one of the greatest series we’ve seen from Lizzie, so this is an amazing way to honor it. Even if there is or isn’t a season 2 of empires, it’ll always be remembered, and it’s so nice to see others enjoying the songs, this was a BANGER!

Lizzie had been one of the most important people in my life. Since I grew up with an unsupportive, aggressive, and mentally draining mother, Lizzie's vids comforted me when my mom didn't. I've watched her since 2012 and I'm so proud of how much she has progressed. From crazy craft to Empires I've kept up with each series and they just got better and better. With the chaos and randomness of crazy craft and the detailed plot line of empires, every series has been different from others. Seeing you and Joel get married was such a heartwarming moment. Without knowing, you've been one of the only friends I had and I wrote this just to thank you for being such a caring person to your audience. You're the best Lizzie!! Please keep doing what you've been doing and I'm sure you'll be an inspiration to so many young people who need someone to support them!!!

Can we talk about how Deal of Destiny just hits different? Scott and Lizzie: *Proceed to attempt to scam each other the hardest Lizzie 20 seconds later: "Am I the fool? Have I just made a mistake? Me: Yes and no. You choose girly.

I'm really not a fan of musicals in general, but this was amazing. You have a beautiful voice, and the overall production that went with it is so good. Never had 40 minutes fly by so fast!

Was this worth staying up all night finishing Empires for so I could watch it? Yes, yes it was good job Lizzie.

I can't word how Joel's singing voice makes me feel. It's not GOOD (in a technical sense anyway), but it's so...mellow and comforting. It feels like a hug. I can't get enough of it

I'm rewatching this after a year! Brings back memories :3

I can't man. I come back to this video every few months. I've been watching Lizzy for like eight years now and she was a huge part of my childhood. This shows her creativity to its finest, as well as is a perfect encapsulation of this first season of Empires, which was absolutely incredible. Absolute banger, and an iconic Minecraft piece in my opinion.

I personally love musicals, and I absolutely love the empires series, and I cannot wait until/if there will be more videoes. It's such awesome entertainment. Thanks Lizzie, for having the patience to make this for us.

this is the most incredible thing i've seen to come out of this series! i'm deeply in love with musicals and the little one lizzie did wirh scott already impressed me so much - to think there would be an entire musical made based on the stories of the empires smp is so magical and impressive to me :) i love this so much! many props to everyone who worked hard on this!! 10/10 would listen to some of the songs on repeat
