EMPD | Owners urged to fetch impounded cars
The Ekurhuleni Metro Police Department is making an appeal to the owners of impounded vehicles to fetch their vehicles by Friday afternoon or else their vehicles faces the risk of being sold. These cars were impounded on Ekurhuleni roads and some have stayed there for close to twelve months. The Boksburg EMPD pound has even been forced to house some impounded cars for over a year.

She's tired almost as if she towed the cars herself 😂
My car was impounded in December at Lenasia Compound Police Station till today. I suspected it has been sold. They are giving me different reasons on to why they compounded it. Can someone help situations whereby people are paying for cars that compounded and sold to other people. I also thing it is corruption.
Can anybody please clarify the law with regards to this?SARS and law enforcement seems to be on different pages when ut comes to the driving of these vehicles on S A roads
Most of the cars must be sold already
My car was impounded and Sold without me being informed. I smell corruption

She needs to geg her facts in order, you dont need dual citizenship to drive an import car. If you are south African and work or reside in any other country, you can drive thr vehicles of that country legally o SA roads aslong as said vehicle is licensed and registered
So if south Africans are not to have these cars who a u goin auction them to
If you take my car without me knowing, I am claiming on insurance.
