The longer I stayed in a bad relationship, the more it became a part of me. I like using that meditation book called 30 Days to Overcome A Toxic Relationship by Harper Daniels when I need to.

I believe stones work because they are elements and metals that we usually put in our bodies so why not outside our bodies Lithium is a good one My Dr was going to give me lithium for medication I told him I have 2 lithium stones and they help me 😂he looked at me weird but understood its in that rock anyway You can get lithium out of the stone so don't put it in your mouth😂 I have occasionally put my tongue on it and it kinda feels like when you put your tongue on a battery but less intense 😂 I thought I should add that 😂 I don't think you can get too much from the stone because it is a hard stone and has quartz too so its locked up in the quartz

I statements really don't work with narcissistic people. When I used this, he would just say, I'm sorry you feel that way. Not I am sorry. And it just completely validated his position of no accountability and invalidated and discounted what I was trying to say.

ohhh yes but that in itself is a warning sign and an indicator of the need to think about leaving, especially if we are aware of where that road leads

@@clearvision2146 you know what, that is exactly right. I never looked at it that way before. That actually there is nothing good to come out of that situation. To actually see it's no good and stop trying to fix it. That's the piece iv been missing. That's incredibly liberating. Thank you.
