The best talk is the Remembrance of Allaah subhanahu wa ta 'ala because the Angels descend in such a gathering and we feel the peace and tranquility. Idol talk is useless, alot of it just hardens the heart and is a time waste.

No matter how much we turn from Allah . Allah is most merciful in that he never turns from us . Always there . Waiting for us to come to him . And more so to ask . Allah swt loves for us to ask of him. Imagine a human king ... you go to him and ask for something . He gives it . The next day you ask for something else . He may give it. Day after day eventually the king gets tired of giving AND tired of your asking . Now there is the most high Allah swt whom you can spend your entire life asking and asking and not only does Allah swt NOT get tired of you or your asking , instead Allah swt loves you more for it . Turn to Allah swt and ask . Weather you get what you want or not is irrelevant for the greater treasure you are getting by asking , is Allah swt love . Nothing is better than the love of Allah And nothing is greater than Allah swt. Seek the greatest of love my brothers and sisters .

You Muslims have such a warped and twisted view of worldly life. It's not always corrupt, and it's not always defiled. Life is inherently good. Meaning Dunya is inherently a good world. A good God would make a good world. Despite all its suffering and misery and heart break this life we live should and must be appreciated to the fullest. When you see a beautiful sun set you know it is a good world.

This takes away any depression, the thought that you could not wake up tomorrow ,while you're busy stressing about getting a 6 figure job, a beautiful wife and family you're losing track of the main goal which is the after life. Keeping up with the joneses,wanting the latest iphone...etc are all meaningless unless they are helping you get the keys to the after life,for you might not live another week,month or year after getting that 6 figure job....only Allah(swt) knows !

Allah swt created one heart in mankind, if we fulfilled with the desire of the Dunya than we can't feel akhira but if we fulfill with the dikr of Allah swt than we have infinity peaceful in the heart of akhira. Allah swt know the best wa salamun aleykum

There is no success in this world. That's the whole point. Success and happiness are only in jannah There is no happiness in this world, whether we obey Allah or don't, so what success in this world are you talking about? When we understand that fully with out hearts, that there is no happiness in this world, that's the only joy there is in this world. And that's just an escape joy. That's not even real joy. ONLY in jannat there is happiness.

Narrated Anas bin Malik: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "If Adam's son had a valley full of gold, he would like to have two valleys, for nothing fills his mouth except dust. And Allah forgives him who repents to Him." Sahih Bukhari 6439.
