On that day we were very upset. We were near to win! Smelling a great victory but you dear Inzi break our heart on that particular day. We will not forget Rashid Latif cheating. If we would won that test, it would be a great breakthrough for our cricket. For that very day Inzi was our anti hero but rest of the days he played cricket, as a batsman, as a man we love him. That was the greatest innings of Inzi. As a Bangladeshi, I was very excited & was watching the on TV. We were about to get our first ever test victory. But one big man came in our way and snatched an almost impossible victory. From a great he turned into a LEGEND. By that innings he not only saved his career but also saved Pak cricket from a disaster.

good story. I remember that match in 2003. It was last test bangladesh played in pakistan. Amazing it was 17 years ago, looks like yesterday.

The sultan of multan truly roared in that test

I still remember that match when I was studying in grade 10. I watched the entire Test. It was really memorable. Inzi bhai took the match away from Bangladesh. The aggression at the end and hurling of flowers after the victory was worth watching. We all were jubilant.... Love you from the core of my heart. U were really the legend, the backbone of Pakistan Cricket.U always absorbed much of the pressure of the team. Pl keep on sharing such inspirational stories for us.

Dear I also wept that day as it was my deepest desire to see inzi 10000 test runs club with at least 30 test centuries and 50 fifties but none was achieved alas.

Was in school during that match. The only hope we had was that Inzi was still on the crease. Came home and the first thing I asked was what happened during the match. Brilliant match, match winning performance
