Thanks for being so kind with your words Jackson. 🤗
Emotion intelligent comes from childhood.where parents appreciating the child showing emotions, while some other parents stop the children from feeling emotions. Some people fear their emotions because they do not know what to do them. Anger management skill, communication skill, and emotional awareness are all important that have to be taught early on,not only kids but there parents too. The way you explained about the cause of emotions.really give me a new perspective to handle my emotion state.becoming better at identifying our own emotion state is surely the foundation for our own growth. A true learning process understanding ones emotions in its true sense. Watching your videos is like reading a physcology research paper, i don't have to read or research.you provide the best and most widely accepted life improving information. Honestly speaking i have seen so many you tubers motivating people.iam not saying they are just waste of time... But i hardly find any solid and practical examples like you do in your channel. What made you to do such videos? You are really very positive person.if you please start your podcasts on Spotify or any other platform the reach will be another level, you are absolutely spot on Amazing explanation and examples given by you to understand the emotional intelligence. Really inspiring... Keep the good work, god bless thankkuou

Thank you so much Sheshgiri for your Kind Words.. 😊
Thank you ma'am. This session is a gem. It will help me very much. All emotions you discussed here, believe or not I was the owner those all emotions. Now it is far better than those days. When my mother and sisters was talking with me with fear. Sometimes they told me that we are feeling fear to talk with you. To be honest my anger lasts for two minutes but it was at its peak. Sometimes I was thinking it is not right but didn't control that. Then I thought what kind of person am I? How an emotion can defeat me? Then I started work on it. Back then you tube wasn't so popular. So I started observe to couples who was living their life happly and asked them. Then Just stopped showing anger on my face results i got chance to hear whole thing. After listening whole thing what my mother or sister trying to say, I got there was no point to get angry. First we will have to agree that, there is a problem existing then you can get rid of problem but now you mentioned valuable suggestions that will help a lot. Now when I look back on my those days it makes me laugh and I think how stupid was I? But nowdays I am working on thease and I am improveing still much more to do. Ma'am you are able enough to take us through what is defference between empathy and sympathy and we understood very well. Thank you ma'am.
