I lost my dog after 16 years together too and when my brother gave me a necklace etched with his face I cried like it was the day he passed away again…4 years later I still catch myself calling out for him.

I miss my 2 dogs so much. They were best freinds and when the first one passed away my dog got depressed and was put down due to cancer 3 months later.

I lost my dog 4 months ago. On October 31st, me and my mom decided to adopt a dog. She was a Bichon Frise. Her name is Naomi. When we saw her, she was so little. While my mom was driving, I was in the backseat with my dog. I let her lay on my lap so she could get to know me. She decided to lick my leg because of how trusting she is. She started growing and loved with is for half a year. One day, me and my mom went on a vacation. The reason why my dog didn't go with us is because dogs weren't allowed and babysitters aren't trustable. When me and my mom got back, I wanted to hug her so much. One day, she wasn't there. My mom told me she had to go to the vet because of a disease that infected her intestines, and her bottom was red. On April 16th, Naomi passed away. I cried for 2 weeks. It was too soon for her to pass away because she was only 6 months old. If anyone has a dog, please take care of it and don't take your dog for granted. ❤ 😇
