I’m SO HAPPY you got your account back. I just wanted to say I’m 29 years old and have been with my boyfriend in a very healthy relationship for 8 years and we both just found Christ and your videos have helped me so so much and have actually really helped me be inspired to being a mother one day hopefully soon! The emotion of leaving the baby for the first time is so relatable, I didn’t cry when I left for the first time but when I came home from the store because I felt so guilty that I enjoyed being without them for an hour. The beauty of motherhood that we can equally need alone time and also never want to be separated from them all in the same space. So glad you got your channel back!

Her channel was hacked and held for ransom, and all the videos were hidden, so it was impossible to tell if the hacked was telling the truth or if they had deleted the account. The account was recovered after a few days when KZread originally said it could take weeks for the investigation.

In the mediterranean we eat only the root of this type a celery. it is GREAT to have in soups or long cooked casseroles. The leaves are actually pretty bitter we never eat those! GOOD TO HAVE YOU BACK

I needed this. I have been struggling with a lot of postpartum anxiety. And I think it’s cause I haven’t left and taken anytime for myself and I know I need to prioritize it more. I went away for a trip the store the other day (baby steps) this weekend I am able to attend a baby shower solo, next will be a hair appointment or something ❤️

I feel this so much! My son was over 6 months old until I decided to take care of myself. Hopefully it will be better with my second child. Due in March and very excited. I love your videos!

Thankyou for being vulnerable, real (and relatable) in this video. Life/parenting etc can be very overwhelming especially for us Moms who give so much of ourselves for our kids every day. As a mom of 2 under 2 I can completely relate. Kia kaha (stay strong), you are in my prayers xx

I got so used to feeling guilty all the time. It's my first kid, and I was constantly feeling scared and not enough and guilty for you-name-it, literally for everything and anything. But then the first time I left her to take care of myself (got a long overdue haircut and picked up some skin products) I felt SO good. And was able to take care of her better because I felt recharged. Maybe it makes me a bad mother in somebody's book but I now make sure to take a couple of hours for myself every week or so, and it's been soooooo beneficial for my mental and physical health!

Celeriac root is generally used more than the leaves and stems are, it's a great potato/turnip substitute in soups and stews and stuff. Also it's pronounced se-lair-ee-ack 😊 Great to see you taking care of yourself!

In the Netherlands we use this for our pea soup. It’s a classic dish here and uses both the root and the leaves. So so yummy!

You can make a salad of the root - just peel it off and grate,, and we use it daily for our broth - chicken and vegetarian.

Tip for the celerius: you can also eat the bulb! You need to clean it and peel it with a knife, then cut It in big pieces, boil It in salted water and when it's quite soft take out of the water and cut up in Little slices. Then you sautée the pieces in a pan with salt and pepper and a Little bit of olive oil. Super good and very sweet! Im sure kids will like it too

I'm from Poland and it was the first time I was surprised at your video :) The celery bulb is a veg we use every-single-day, next to carrots, potatoes and parsley root to make veggie broth and all the soups. I rarely feel the cultural differences and that was something weeeird! As always, Sarah, the video was beautiful. Good that you've taken care of yourself, it looks like it made you so so happy. @@c.c.8431 not necessarily. It can present itself in a lot of ways, but it seems like Sarah’s anxious, which is normal. And some people do get PP anxiety, depression, insomnia, psychosis - the list goes on. Pregnancy is wild.

Yu can cook the bulb by putting a small amount of butter in a pot peel and cube the bulb with pepper and a little and nutmeg just a little, and salt cook it covered and very slow on a low heat. Following the cooking you can either mash it like mashed potatoes or eat eat it as such,

The root of the green stuff that you juiced is actually called Sellerie in german and it's a very commen vegetable in the winter months here. I use it in soups and stews mainly but it's also nice roasted in the oven. Maybe something to try for you :)

In Swedish it's called root celery so I grow them in my garden, for the root itself.. bake it and make a purée as a side instead of potato mash.. trust me.. just trust me! Mmm yum!

You can also cut it in slices, cook it in veggie broth with spices and seaweed in it, and then wrap with seaweed, dip in almond milk and flour and fry it. Congratulactions! You just create Your first vegan, healthy „fish”.
