I was never close to my Dad,it was tough seeing friends who Dad's kissed and said they loved him. Now he is in a better place and I do miss him...So I find that my Dad was a only child and his Parents (my Grandparents)died when my Dad was 12 ..he never knew how to express it...Maybe that day will come and I wish you the best..

I wonder what it's like having a dad tbh

I'm crying so badly right now. On 2009, My dad was diagnosed with skin cancer. Fortunately, It stopped for a while but right now, the cancer is reactivated and stronger than in the past. My dad said that possibly he won't be able to see me getting married. I'm enjoying him the best that I can while he is still by my side. I still have the hope he will be there that special day.

Well... I guess it really depends. If your father and mother didn’t have a good relationship, and you grew up seeing that, you view marriage differently. If your father was a shit dad in general, who didn’t give a fuck and was never there, you also don’t think “he will never hurt me. He’s my #1” I think a lot of it has to do with how you were raised and what an example your parents set. That’s just how it is.

Guilty! I have 10 months until the wedding… it’s going to be hard.

Any fatherless daughter who is watching this and just want to see how great fathers are towards their daughters.

There is nothing, nothing stronger then a father's love for his little girl. I live 300+ miles from my daughter who just turned seven and I miss her very moment of every day. I truly hope God shows me the mercy to walk her down the aisle on her special day. I'll probably north of 70 by then, I'm 51 now. Love you little girl.

Girls those who have their fathers with them are the most luckiest. No one can replace with your daddy. You have the worlds best protection, love and caring. There is no one to tell very good for bad tasting food prepared by you. There is no-one to admire your beauty though u look ugly. My dad just died from drug abuse and my mom got cancer but this video make me happy and make me spent every second with my mom and I always give roses to my dad grave

Such a heartwarming video! But I can't help but think about my dad. He would probably be crying for a totally different reason.... He would be crying because there is someone taking me away from home. I love him so so much. I wish everyone could have a good dad. Sadly, that's not the the case. They are lucky daughters but I'm not, I used to be so close with my dad, I was a daddy's girl but My parents separated when I was 5 and I lived with my mom, I still spent time with my dad untill I was 7, but then he got married again and lived in another city, things changed and we never spend time together since.. it was very hard for me at the time, I lived in denial and couldn't move on from the fact that my parents have split, I always wanted them to get back together but fortunately, at the age of 14 I started to embrace the reality and totally forget about my desire to reconcile them..

I would love to last till my daughter's wedding. She is my princess, the best thing that could ever happen to me. And I am so proud of her.

On my daughter's wedding...all I remember is that day, wrapped in a blanket, crying and screaming un the delivery room in my arms and I distinctly remember when her eyes opened, just a little, she stopped crying, silence...just looked at me...like she always knew me and like I always knew her...that was the moment I'll never forget and it's the only moment I thought of that day...

I’ll never forget watching my wife dance with her dad at our wedding. A million thoughts raced through my mind. “I wonder what he’s thinking” “I hope I can do right by her” “Would I be a good father to his grandchildren some day?” After their dance, he walked over to me, shook my hand as everyone watched, and said “I know you’ll take good care of my little girl and I’m honored that she’s marrying you.”

I Love this, I was lucky to have my Dad walk me down the Aisle 19yrs ago. He died of a Brain aneurysm 10 days after our Wedding. Miss him with ALL my Heart. 💔
