Y’know, I’m not sure who’s gonna see this… but I have been told I am really kind and sweet… and sometimes… this is true…. Not all the time… but my whole life I managed to cry myself to sleep or just not sleep. I have insomnia, I also have a had my fair share of trauma and I’m currently trying to recover… but you know what helps? My friends. The people who are there for me, the people who get me through things, the people who stay up all night on FaceTime just to get me to sleep… if you have a friend who’s struggling… please be there for them.. you are there only hope.
