I would have loved to hear how the graphite "diamond" foam performs and if the mattress retains heat. It's a bit disappointing that you have neglected this very important aspect of the mattress in order to promote a totally different product (eight sleep).

I have the emma diamond hybrid and yes it does retain a lot of heat in comparison to previous firm spring mattresses that I have had without pillow tops. I think this diamond technology is mostly marketing. Sometimes it feels like an electric blanket underneath my body. Everyone is different though, I tend to get hot when I sleep. I will be switching to a 100 percent natural latex mattress which should sleep much cooler

in my opinion it doesn't matter. we usually talk about the real cooling aspects of a bed and in comparison, most foams just insulate and that is it. the only real cooling effect is the eight sleep. If you have graphite foam, or gel infused foam its basically all the same especially with sheets.

yes latex foam seems to be the best foam for less heat retention. but most foams are just all the same especially if they are really soft. the more you sink in the more it is insulating you. the springy beds trap less heat it seems. and the eight sleep elimates this probelm on any bed. so if you want a soft bed that sleep cool, add a nice pod pro on top.
Where you guys based? Im in uk and there is a store selling diamond mattress but would it be same as that one??

it depends i think it will be nice but the more you add the more heat you trap.
