First, we take a 3*4 photo. It is important that the photo is also in a digital version. Without bulky jewelry on the ears. And so that the ears themselves were clearly visible!
Don't forget your passport.
Step 1️⃣. Medical. Amer Center Al Quoz.
Payment: 322.5 dirhams
We take X-rays, donate blood for hepatitis.
We are waiting for 24 hours. The results will be sent by email.
Step 2️⃣. With the results of the medical, a photo and a passport, we go to the Amer Jlt Typing Center (since January they are moving to Jabel Ali, see Google).
Here I paid 410 dirhams.
The passport is taken away for several days to affix the visa. Don't let this confuse you. After 4-5 days, a notification arrives and you can go to pick up your passport with a pasted visa.
Step 3️⃣. We come again to the location of step 2. And apply for a plastic ID.
Paid 183 dirhams.
I waited about 5-7 working days.
The courier delivered home. Personally in hand.
It took 3/4 weeks in total. The cost of this annual visa for Ukrainians is 915 dirhams. It is provided for a period of 1 year.

P.S. In my case, between step 2️⃣ and 3️⃣, I had step "2a". Because I had a stump. A request was made to cancel it (it didn’t cost me anything, but since January fines have been reinstated for Ukrainians as well. So be careful with tourist visa overstays. It took me an extra 5 days to confirm from Al Barshi. It was possible to leave on the same day and decide everything personally, but I could wait).
When this visa can be canceled - no one knows. No one gives deadlines for it. So while it is there, it is better not to delay.
*I haven't opened a bank account yet. I heard that with this visa you can open at FAB. I will confirm how I will check the information here.
I also heard that with this visa you can exchange Ukrainian driver's licenses. Apparently for free. But it is not certain yet. Information will follow.
