If emirates starts arranging walk in interview like Qatar and Singapore i am damn sure frankfin would shut down next day.. its obvious they would prefer their candidates whk are spending lakhs in their institution. The whole hiring process of emirates is so much biased . Dont know Frankfin does give money to emirates or not .

My right eye is conjenitally immobile but there is not problem in eyesight...so can i apply for cabin crew interview?

Hi greetings of the day I have done my pre screening on Saturday from Frankfinn and I have 5years of experience as a cabin crew member in SpiceJet airline and being a Frankfinn student I did expect some sort of support but the behaviour was very casual and they seemed really indifferent throughout the process. I doubt that within 2-3 days I would receive a response from them though my screening was good. Kindly share this feedback as this process should get changed and emirates should hire like Qatar it would be more beneficial for those who actually deserves to work in a international organisation

Hello Mam I am writing this comment to express my concern about my application getting rejected by Emirates. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that I had forwarded my application to the Email for attending the pre-screening at a nearby Frankfinn Institute. I did receive the invitation for the pre screening process and attended the pre-screening round and also cleared it with flying colours. The recruiters at Frankfinn Institute showed interest in my Application and Profile after thorough Evaluation and Told me that they were impressed with my profile and overall performance and they would forward my application to Emirates and also asked me to use my Email address to Register and turn in my application on the official website of Emirates Airlines after reaching home, so I did just that. After waiting for 5 days, I received an Email from Emirates that my application was rejected and now I am left devastated because I don't even know what I should do next.

I gave my pre screening on 30th may 2024. Frankfinn institute informed that I will get a mail today is 12 June 2024 still I have not recieved any mail from them.

I attended pre screening at bangalore and they told me to keep on checking the mail.. after that there is no response and in website its shown as April 1 will be the interview.. at the end of interview they have also asked whether i have studied in frankfinn or not

As per my knowledge Invitation is given only to the Frankfinn students. Out 100% only 1% outsiders must have received.

Did my pre screening in Mumbai and i must say that i am eligible for the final interview as my height is also 160 cm and i have one year experience in hospitality and currently working as a cabin crew but still didn't receive any call or mail for final interview i don't know why they are being so biased. I have seen many experience crew and even they didn't receive any call or mail for final interview which is very disappointing and unfair. Like u said they should conduct interview without involvement of third party. Everyone deserve a fair chance.😢

I totally agree, i also had a wonderful pre screening but received no mail from Franfinn. Rather they literally hung up on me on being asked. I was highly disappointed . My friend, who was a cabin manager for Indigo for 6yrs also dint receive any call. She was so deserving. Its very very unprofessional and sad to go through this.

Sorry dear you need to be more than 160cm If u give ur interview at dxb HQ also theynwill reject cus theynare looking for Crew members with good height currently specially for the new 350s

I just want to clarify that I shaved my hair last month but its grown a bit now so will it be fine for the looks? also since I am not a frankfinn student will they shortlist me? because I really want to work for emirates and am a fresher too. I have good English I have good height like 181 cm I have no tattoos or scars in the visible part. mam would the above qualities stand my chance to get selected ?? I am WAITING FOR YOUR RESPONSE

As per now it's mentioned on their website that they need at least one year of experience in hospitality. But I will still suggest you to try. Because you never know... keep up and give it a shot.❤

It’s so money and time wasting process, I gave the pre screening and I was selected for the HireVue interview but I didn’t go through it. As being an ex QR crew the interview process was so easy and hectic free. They don’t do this video interview shit with people from other countries like USA or Germany. But for Indians they have made it a hell

I do understand your frustration level, towards Emirates. As we have maximum population which is why all the process in India is difficult. So that they can easily select their favorite candidate.

Hey Jagriti , I’ve attended the hireVue interview too it has been weeks now , did you get a rejection mail or did it appear on your candidate login on emirates career page ? Really curious if that’s the case it’s really disheartening

@@shaikhatif8115they usually reply to you in 4 days if your application is rejected. Happened with me twice. If they haven’t send you any mail maybe they have put your profile on hold, that means they are not sure whether to send an invitation or not.

These frankfinn people are really a Scam! I went for pre screening this morning. Everything went well. Until the height check round. I went to doctor's clinic day before yesterday and got my height over 160cm tall. Today, these people tell me I'm 157cm? I have read such cases before as well.
