I lost my dad but I hope you feel better soon it’s been four years since my dads been dead so I hope you feel better soon , also don’t stress that will make you depressed and you’ll feel like you want to do bad things to yourself.. I’ve been depressed at a young age I lost my dad in 2 grade COVID 19 made it worse I hardly had anytime to get back in socializing I hardly wanted to talk to people my mom wanted me to do more things she got me a councilor, i was shy I didn’t know ny family like that anymore ever since my dad died . in COVID came it got worse my social life was bad I hardly made eye contact I would look at the ground I would move my hands together when I was shy I would get heated up and start overthinking I used to neglect my self I used to think bad things about my self but I don’t do that anymore don’t think about bad things think about the happy things you had with your mom in not the negative one ❤️
