The 808 line refers to the Roland TR-808. A drum machine in the 80’s. It had really great bass. Now the term is used for a particular type of low bass sound.

Also for you next time listening to this. The whole song is em in verses 1&3 and it's shady in 2&4 you can use this track as one of the best ways you can see the difference in styles. But ironically it's a double for them being the same person and people need to stop forgetting that.

Kind of leaving it up to the viewer in their personal opinion, just my two cents though
