Eminems music is one of the reasons why I’m succeeding in life!

The chorus can be interpreted in many ways. Some see it as how Em wishes he could be normal. Others see it as a person claiming that they wish they felt no pain. But for me…..it reminds me of my younger brother. He’s autistic and non-verbal. It makes me question how he views the world. And every night, when he cries, I hold him, and fight through the tears while singing this. He falls asleep in an instant. Since I found this song, I’ve cried every time I sing/hear it.

If anyone feels this way just know you are not alone. It will get better, just don't quit

This helped with my depression when this song first came out. Now I'm older and dealing with it again and now I found this song again and teared up. Hits different when your grown. Taking life 1 hour at a time until I have the luxury of taking it 1 day at a time

I’m listening this for someone I care about and it’s their fav song, I just hope they know I’ll be there for them… I don’t want to ask them to be okay because it’s more than being okay about your feelings, I’ve never met anyone like them and I’m petrified of how to be with them.. without stepping a boundary or being a liability.
