Even heavier, the most beautiful on the show. I loved her personality and she had more honesty in her finger, than anyone else.

I have to say....I absolutely LOVED her face before weight loss....however she looks absolutely amazing and can clearly pull off any weight. And well done to her for being HONEST!!

She looks great. I'm glad she's happy. Now, she's eating healthy and working out lots. Bravo to her. Setting a good example for her family.

Do exercise with weights for your arms. Do it yourself snd don’t listen to her BS. I list lots of weight just doing exercise

FINALLY a celebrity who is Honest!!!! So refreshing!! She actually admitted to taking ozempic, I would’ve bet money she was going to lie. Thanks for the honesty! Kardashians take note!

What you see is what you get with Emily. She has always been honest and real. Good on her for sharing her personal information (which she is not obliged to do by the way) and for taking steps to improve her body and mind. I will be glad when people are no longer being shamed for using a tool to help them lose weight and get healthier. Obesity is not a choice - it’s a disease that can and will lead to other diseases like diabetes and heart disease if it is not addressed. Prevention is always better than cure and I think these new medications are a step in the right direction for people who have suffered unnecessarily (and been shamed and blamed for it) for so long 😻

Wow so honest! I hit menopause and gained weight and I too looked at picture of myself and said I got to make change. Last June I started my weight loss journey lost about 20 pounds. Now here we are a year later still 5 pounds. Started Berberine two weeks ago fingers crossed

That really helped with sugar cravings and it helped me get off gluten that was feeding my sugar cravings. Try different milligrams till you find a benefit. I went up to 600 mil with cinnamon. 🎉

@@pjt3887 thanks so much….I love chocolate and not going to give it up but I will limit my intake. I’m taking 500 ….also I keep a food diary….never had a weight issue till menopause glad to know that we are helping each other 👍🧘‍♂️🙏🏽❤️🥂

When do you take the berberine? Before your meal? I’ve been on it for a couple months. It does make me lethargic so my workouts are not as good.

@@HH-gv8mx hi there I take it first thing in the morning I.e. 6:30am then again at 6:30 pm. I’m not sure if it’s working I did feel bloated which may be the reason why I felt full most of the day. I’ve lost 1 pound but that could be because I’m cutting back on my champagne not sure. I believe that it’s just another supplement of the moment but keep me posted

@@michellemckayyoga4750 I was just thinking that BEFORE the pandemic, before all of these health and wellness podcasts, I just took my regular vitamins. Vit D3, turmeric, Vit c, magnesium etc.But now I have an arsenal of supplements I’ve been sold on : collagen, oil of oregano, charcoal, NAD, Berberine… I don’t know if I have just been wasting hundreds of dollars or if these things actually work.. 🤦🏼‍♀

I’m 41, can you help me understand this? I lose weight when I exercise and eat healthy, and I gain weight when I exercise less and eat more or eat less healthy. Is it because it’s harder for some people to keep the routine? Not knocking you, just trying to understand.

She also said she was beautiful and that she liked her. She said she was fat, which she was. Now she's not. It wasn't cruel, it was honest. Had she been 8 stone and Kelly commented that she was really skinny, would that be as offensive. I think not.

@@tinsg1 Why comment on Emily's weight struggles at all? We all come in different shapes and sizes. It's not a popular subject with many women who struggle everyday with their weight.

Body dysmorphia is real. Especially in the land of the pretty plastic people.

It's got to be tough filming around Tamra and Heather because their bone structure is so tiny but honestly Emily has a gorgeous body. Like she could have been a model at any size. But I'm glad she feels great.

Breast reductions take 20 years off women. Kyle looks so much younger after hers as well. Years ago a plastic surgeon gave me the best advice, he said “never, ever get breast implants, they make women look matronly”

I feel the same about my arms, even when I was thin, my arms seemed big in comparison. I once had a co-worker mumble under his breath “those arms!”, it does cause body image issues.

Good that she admitted some use of it, but the fact of the matter is you can’t do things you’ve always tried and have them suddenly work, when they hadn’t before. So the idea of people saying “oh, I just dieted and exercised hard” when they previously said they’ve done it before but it didn’t work, is a joke. I just don’t feel like that is the whole truth. Whatever someone does to better their health and overall selves, good for them. Just be honest ❤

I’m happy for you Emily, truly. I understand everything you said however, there’s no way my Dr would prescribe that for me. I can’t afford liposuction and a breast lift. I hated Jeff saying you always had a gorgeous face 😳😳😳 not that you don’t have a beautiful face but this interview left me feeling sad for regular people who would love to lose weight. Exercise and eating well isn’t always going to get us your results from surgery. Lately all the housewives have found this drug. I pay a fortune for my healthcare, seriously. It’s $30k a year for premiums alone. Not sure how much your plastic surgery was..idk this interview left me feeling like there really is a huge divide between the haves and have nots. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Anyway..glad you are happy 😊

I'm glad she didn't stay on the Ozempic bc so many housewives have bought it just to lose weight that aren't diabetic. A friend of mine is and she had the hardest time being able to get it for her health. These vain women on t.v want a quick way to lose weight not caring how many people maybe having problems getting Ozempic that they have to have. Even Jackie on New Jersey warned those women just trying to lose weight that when they stop taking it the weight comes back at times gaining more weight than they lost. I love Emily on the show..
