She was British and she fought for us. That made her a hero and l will stop by her grave in Bloemfontein when l pass there on my way to JHB in October.

My gran is British of decent here in South Africa. But she raised us South African. And Emily Hobhouse is our national hero.

The sad part is that imperial Britain after raping and desolating and murdering never stood accused of committing war crimes.. And. neither didd they ever admit to the barbaric evil they had done to defense less women and children.. And they NEVER paid war reparations... How sick..!!! But their time will come when God almighty takes vengeance on them...
