Awesome story about an awesome event.

i recorded the game and sometimes, when i just wanna feel good, i just watch their tunnel walk and entrance. it's just the best thing ever. i cry every time but i've been a looooong time fan of women's sport and to see this, it feels like tides are turning.

Didn’t Texas win the NCAA women’s volleyball championship last year. Why are they making such a big deal about Nebraska women’s volleyball. They’re not even the number 1 ranked volleyball team this year. They’re not even in top 4. They haven’t won a National Championship since 2015 . What’s the big deal

50 years of Title IX; 100 year anniversary of Memorial stadium; a celebration of volleyball IN Nebraska (there was an exhibition match prior to this with two Division II teams); women's sports in general at all levels; resulting in a world wide attendance record for women's sports .. BTW, NU last won national in 2017, almost in '18 and '21, though it doesn't need to be a championship match or even between 2 highly ranked teams to be a major event .. celebrate the awesome moment!

We won in 2017. Don't we have more National Championships than Texas? Sounds like you are jealous....
