I would say EA's performances are more like an *experience* rather than your average concert. For her, the music is only half the show.

I was at this show. Then was able to catch a second show in Oklahoma a couple weeks later. Now I get to see her in Dallas in March of 2011. I have VIP Tix again. =)

This is exactly what I mean. Whether you intended it or not, you are comparing once again. They are both 2 different ridiculously talented women, that have absolutely nothing to do with each other. They are both fantastic in their own way and aim on different types of people.

She's been here for a while... not as Gaga but as Stefani. It's just a stage name, like Emilie Autumn is for Emily Fritzges. The two have inspired me, and I'm sure others can agree. People draw comparisons towards the two just because Gaga is more popular and well known. If it was the other way around, Gaga would be compared to Emilie ;) Comparisons aside, I love them both and I'm tired of people bashing Gaga, or any 'other' artist, on Emilie's videos. Just enjoy the music! :D

@Cromeium Actually, that's the entire point behind her live shows, she wants to show people another side of the Opheliac world. She's said herself "if you want to listen to the music stay at home and listen to the cd but if you want to see something different come to see the show"

I've noticed she always do the manipualtor remix when she sings this song live. That's good, because that verion is much more powerful than her own.

I’m 9 years late on this, but Gaga is a pretty amazing artist herself. And “original” is a dangerous word to use when talking about art. Many things have already been done before now. Decades before, in some cases.

I used to dress a lot like she did on stage, but it's SO HARD. The upkeep is horribly difficult. And the stuff is so hard to find. Plus just achieving the look is hell. Plus I hate how people were afraid of me. But damn it was fun!

Emilies Opheliac performances...are all about the theatrics. The music is important, but she's trying to tell her story and she does that with visualisation. I think the quality of the music is always maintained...but because the performance has become much more physical it is completley understandable why some of the vocals are slightly off. I love EA, saw her live last year and it was amazing wouldn't change a thing about it!

I should have taken the battery off the camera because afterward the small ammount of videos I took were deleted!Next time I see a show of hers I going to make a huge scene so everyone sees it especially EA mabye she would have said something to the contrary.

I'm pretty sure she expected ppl to sing 'aliiiiive' with melody (you can hear it in the background + she sang it as well).
