Emilia Clarke is just gorgeous. Her eyebrows and her face, her gestures, her smiles were "designed" to kill a man... She is absolutely smart, beautiful and sweet as it comes !

They practically complete each other's sentences...

Her eyebrows should have been in the credits at the end of the movie. They played a huge role.

Yes so true, but once again had he not be handicap in the film I do not think Sam would have find Emilia to he's liking, He went for a beautiful model, men are very gullibles?? beauty past before anything, I think Emilia is the most beautiful woman, in & out. But I must admit Sam did say they got close perhaps like very good friends??? Shame. I hope she will find a wonderful loving man, she deserve it.

about the last question, thats exactly what the movie made me think about. if you cant see more than a disabled man falling in love w a cheerful girl and an end that is typically a 'negative' end (bc he killed himself) you wont like the movie/ you didnt understand it.

A brilliant heart wrenching and tear jerking movie. The character references and storyline roughly remind me of Beauty and the Beast.

He’s sooo cute. 😍😍

After reading the book, I feel that there could be a chance to change his mind but it was a time problem issue. I could see how he became enthusiastic and enjoying to have shave every day and to cut his hair, to be more chatty and funny with her after being almost speechless. He also didn't refuse to meet her boyfriend as if he wanted to see his competitor although he hated strangers. The unexplained tension between him and Lou when she moved to Patrick's home, a step never taken in six years before, which his mother realized that this would bother him being fond of her while Lou seemed strange not to notice that. While he was so occupied by her and how to solve her Problems; offering her his home, a job for her dad and money after his death, in the midst of all this, she innocently moved to Patrick's home and though he didn't change towards her. In many occasions I felt he really got hope and couldn't believe that he never thought of letting down his plan, even once. I think she was late to confess her love to him in the last day. Am I the only one who think that way??

I thought that too when i was reading the book. I really think if lou hadn't moved in with Patrick maybe Will would've thot abt his decision again...he was clearly quite fond of her and the fact that he invited her to live in his house means he wanted her to be with him and once she rejected the offer his attitude chnged so much even Nathan notices that and asks lou if anything is wrong. Rember it was a few days after she told Will she's living with Pat when the lawyer from london came to finalize the 'switzerland' trip. I keep thinking maybe if she had broke up with pat a little earlier and moved in at the traynors, Will would see how happy she is when around him and he would've realized what she means to him and that would've made him chnge his mind

Amazing movie

He should have lived and married her. That was the best for his life and hers. Suicide is not the way. Lou's mother said it right. They both said in the clip that life is most important and that life is precious. The main thing about the film is not her overlooking his quadriplegia and seeing him as a man. The main point is him loving her. She tried to find him a reason to live so that he would change his mind about the 6 months he gave his parents. And she did it. So the movie should have ended with him calling it off and spending his life with her.

I wish more people would read the book. It's not the way she saw him or the life she showed him was possible that mattered. It was the way he saw himself, the life he thought was possible that mattered. No one can give someone a reason for living and no one should live for another person. In the end, it was his right to make his own choice.

Impossible to walk in someone else’s shoes. How can one imagine living in so much pain and with constant lapses into near death? I also cried and wanted him to live selfishly for Lou. But for him his choice was right. Too much sacrifice to have lived.

As a person with a disability myself, With all due respect you don’t know what it’s like to be us. My sister is currently pregnant and is having a terrible Pregnancy but I cry because i am SO JEALOUS. I want children and a husband so badly and it just isn’t in the cards for me. (At least the children part. Maybe I’ll get lucky with a husband) all The things will said to her on the beach were true. All the things you miss out on, they haunt you. It’d be different if will was born with a disability and knew nothing different, but he did and the PTSD is HORRIBLE. The depression I suffer and the tears I cry every day at what life has taken from me is debilitating.

Bravissimi complimenti Luisa non volev lasciarlo andare erano tutti e due innamorati. Lui avev deciso così quella non era vita per una persona dinamica come lui. Lo farei anch'io

I love this two Actors & how could anyone not love Emilia Clarke, I am a woman & could be her Mother, & I just adore her, I am sure Sam must have felt the same way, her face is so full of expressions, she seem to be so funny & honest. I wanted so much to see them finish together at the end, I was crush, when he decided he hust wanted to end he's day?? although I could understand the souffrance he was under, I was devastated & cry & had an anxiety attack along the way, you get so much into the story , I felt silly??? although It think that Sam not beeing handicap, would have gone for another type of girl?? I hope he learn & manies others men has well that the love for a woman is not necessarely , the look from the outside??, but the inside too, she was so beautiful & ready to give it all up to be there & care for him. I loved it. At the end all I wanted to do is jump into the script, & gave her a big hugs??
