Aston Villa and Argentina's World Cup winning goalkeeper Emiliano Martínez invites GOAL into his home for a special edition of 'Kit Collector'.
The Golden Glove winner reveals all about his special bond with Argentina captain Lionel Messi, who starred alongside Martínez in the nation's sensational run to glory in Qatar.
Martínez shows presenter Ellis Platten his amazing collection of match-worn and signed shirts, the many medals and trophies he has collected for club and country plus some incredible artwork and photography.
The Copa America winner also runs through some of the favourite kits from his time at Arsenal and his various loan spells at iconic English and Spanish clubs. The shirts were provided courtesy of Classic Football Shirts (link: www.classicfootballshirts.co.uk/)
Martínez joins Declan Rice, Yaya Toure, Kieran Trippier and John Stones in starring in the 'Kit Collector's series.

Just compare the team of villa and argentina . Argentina has a good combination of great players like messi , lautaro , dybala, di maria , martinez , otamendi and many more whereas villa is not a very strong club budget wise .

Not to be said but sell haaland to any of the clubs outside the big six and he wont be able to score as often . If emi gets a great defence ,then he can be good as well . We consider de gea and ederson as good keepers but currently only courtois , ter stegen and allison are worthy of being considered top notch goalies . Donnarumma , ederson and de gea are all overrated. If Emi gets a team as strong as city , he'll be a beast

I was attending the WC final and trophy ceremony, and even for us, we were just laughing when he did the pose with the golden gloves trophy, nothing offending in my opinion (and I live in Qatar)

Most of the team is young, so they grow up seeing Messi playing. Messi was and is their childhood idol, so, it is quite understandable.
