Now this reminds me of a story, or rather a story that was written in days, that I wrote about a patient who was in the ICU with ARDS, and Sepsis. I went into great detail, as this patient was in a RotoProne therapy bed with Severe ARDS, and I wrote in great detail about one of the days where it was dark and cloudy, and raining, and the patient's condition was very very critical, as he was on 100% oxygen, on the oscillating ventilator, on a Mean Airway Pressure of 40, which is very very high. I went into great details about how the Drs. were explaining to the wife, that this patient had a very very slim chance of survival. I would write this story by days. For Example, I'd write something like, as follows! "Day 1: Dan has been admitted into the hospital with severe difficulties breathing. He's on a lot of oxygen, and they have admitted him to ICU. He's not on a ventilator yet, however he's very very close to requiring one. Day 2: Well, today, Dan is now on the ventilator, as of 03:00 this morning. The Drs. woke me up saying that his oxygen levels were dropping, and He was struggling to breathe. Please pray for Dan, as He's already on quite high settings on the ventilator, and they have had to heavily sedate Dan with a Medication called Propofol, because he keeps fighting the ventilator. They said that if he continues to fight against the ventilator, they will have to paralyze him chemically with a medication known as Vecuronium Bromide. He's not doing well at all! Day 3: This morning, I was called from home to tell me that Dan was deteriorating, and even after being placed on the Cisatracurium, and being paralyzed, so that he cannot fight against the ventilator, He's still not satting well, even on 100% oxygen. They called me to ask my permission to place him on a High Frequency Oscillatory Ventilator. I rushed to the hospital, because they were saying that He had nearly coded three times today, and that I needed to get up to see him. He's not doing well, and is now on a High Frequency Oscillatory Ventilator, which gives him 300 small breaths per minute, and It helps to hold his Alveoli open, to allow for better oxygenation. They said that they are thinking about renting a specialized bed, called a RotoProne bed, which will turn him face down, and rotate him every couple of minutes. They use this bed for very very sick Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome patients, who are not respond to conventional treatments. He would be placed in the bed, and secured, safely, so that he could be automatically rotated every couple of minutes, and this will be done while he's on the Oscillatory Ventilator. The situation is not looking good, and I just ask that you'd pray for him. Day 4: Well, yesterday, they were able to rent the RotoProne bed, and once it was delivered late yesterday evening, he was placed into the device. It took over an hour to get him transferred into the device, because of the amount of tubes, and lines, and wires. So far he's not responding as quickly as they had hoped. Before they put him in it, he coded once, going into Ventricular Tachycardia due to an extremely low oxygen desaturation, but they were able to defibrillate him with a defibrillator, and got him into somewhat of a stable rhythm. His heart is not liking the extremely low oxygen levels, and high CO2 levels. They might have to place him on an ECMO devie which is sort of like a bypass system, which would hopefully allow for his lungs to heal, and allow for him to get some rest. These high ventilator settings are not safe on his lungs, but if they tried turning them down, He would not respond well, considering even with 100% Oxygen he is still not satting all that great! They have initiated a Medication called FLOLAN, in hopes that this well help relieve the Pulmonary Hypertension that's occuring due to the ARDS. The FLOLAN is being administered via the means of a syringe pump, and an AEROGEN Vibrating Mesh Nebulizer that's connected to the Oscillating Ventilator that he's on right now. This device is a specialized nebulizer that's not like the nebulizers most people that have to take breathing treatments are use to. This device is not loud, and is quiet, as it doesn't work by aerosol but rather by a vibrating mesh, with vibrates hundreds of times per second, and silently delivers the medication that is being fed into the Aerogen nebulizer device via the means of a Syringe pump. They are not seeing all that good results with this device, but they want to give it time to see if he responds. END OF EXAMPLE: Basically I write stories like that all of the time, and the wording, and paragraph formats in the actual story are much better than in the example but I was just using an example of the way I write these stories. Well One day, his condition was so critical, and It was raining, and dreary. He was on maximum support in the RotoProne bed, on the FLOLAN on the Oscillating Ventilator, On Norepinephrine to keep his blood pressure as stable as they could get it, On Cisatracurium to keep him paralyzed, heavily sedated on Propofol, and He still wasn't doing well, not to mention he coded twice that day, and the Drs. were not very hopeful. And this video hearing the rain falling while inside the hospital, it just reminds me of that day In the story! I know. I'm strange, but I write long stories like that. And your video reminds me of that story.

Another nice ambience vid! Recommend you change the title to “Emergency Treatment Room” as this is the more appropriate term. Just a suggestion. :)
