Horrific suicides also have a direct effect on the train crew who are literally helpless in this situation. Tragic all the way around. We need better mental health services. May God bless those affected and they find peace.

Later on you could see people looking under the train with flashlights. My guess is it was police officers searching for the body I don’t know for sure though.
They hit a woman that was on the tracks. The woman died.

Last night a troubled young woman took her own life, by lying in front of an oncoming train. Who knows what happened in her life, to lead her down this path, but there is always another way. Same thing happened here in Southeast Kentucky about 20 years ago. Poor woman. Thank you for reminding To put the contact info of the suicide prevention people in your post. Truly there are people out there who care and can actually help.those concerning the unthinkable. Stay safe folks.
