The initial cost is more than ocean cruising, ( generally) but you barely pay for a thing after that. Only having around 100 people , it’s so friendly. Best holiday ever

Yep! Couldn't agree more. It costs more than ocean cruising generally but its not really comparable, you get so much more.

Emerald looks like being the way to go for us! We don't drink so Scenic doesn't offer anything at all for the extra $$$. Thanks for the great video!

Yes I never found it crowded at all. Biscuits haven’t changed. They are very moorish... best cruise every with this pool area

I’ve never fancied a river cruise but this looks lovely , very relaxing too . Looks as if it would be very expensive, even with everything thrown in ? Great video .

Hey Julie! It is more expensive than ocean cruising yep, there's only 100 passengers ish so it's a completely different experience. You pay once and then that's about it 😁👍🏼

Fantastic video! Such a marked difference between Emerald Waterways and Saga, or at least between the two vessels it seemed that way. Different eras when the two vessels were constructed? Different target demographic, and therefore different all-around style? A combination of both factors?

Yep I think all of those things. Saga definitely has an older target market and the ship is a good 30 or so years older... ♥️
