You go Girl! You can do anything! Holler if you need any support! I do hats everyday with my Ricoma! If the hat is as structured as the Richardson 112’s, you can actually skip the stabilizer. Love your Colorado May 19th birthday girl! (Yes, teeth against the bill is the trick!)

Man, you have the patience of a saint, that would be thrown out the window if it was me!

I use painters tape on the center of the cap, measure and draw a line then put it on the machine and hit the estop and make sure the needle hits the line i drew that is centered, then take the tape off. Also i took an old hat and cut the bill off it and use it to clip on to the hat bill so the machine doesnt rub. The machine will rub through the tape easily. The old bill is reusable and will last forever.

Depends on the hat if it’s a structured hat use sharp and if it’s an unstructured hat you’re better off using ballpoint

The peices are called "thing a jagigs" and "do hickies" lol... yah know technical terms 😅

No offense Angela…. I love you but Todd charged me way too much for my EMT16X back in 2021. Now you can get two of them for 6k more than I paid for one …. And yes I tried to negotiate with him but he was adamant that the price was fixed.

the font looks terrible, Melco are junk machines, Go Japan or German embroidery machines.

@@patriciahatch5038 these are sturdy enough to not have to do that , unstructured hats you definitely have to follow that rule
