I am a DevOps Tech for P&W….. that Combustor howl is wicked too when they bump off idle. Great work and coverage; thanks, we don’t get to see a lot of the end product in the field. One of the two engines on wing is one of my original prod/compliance builds (Dev will cover EIS Assy normally).

I can see British Airways City Flyer Placing 23 Orders of the Embraer E195-E2 Jets or The E190-E2 Jets in the near future but we'll wait to see what happens next in the upcoming years with Airlines!!!!
For a moment, the sound of this amazing jet remaind me the good and old bomber Vulcan!!!

i have a soft spot for LCY, the quickest exit from a flight I have ever had was there - 15 minutes from touchdown to sitting on a Jubilee line train. That was flying in on an Avro Jumbolino (BAe146) from Zurich.
Ooo, looks like I'll be plane spotting as well as Star Wars Celebration at the Excel next April. Hadn't realised it was so close! 😁
Simple Flying reports the E195-E2 is the choice for Porter Airlines of Canada. Ironic given it is the competition to the Airbus A220. Formerly the Bombardier CSeries. Developed IN Canada.

My favourite airport to fly to and from. I used to fly direct to Bremen from there with OLT but unfortunately Ryanair started a Stanstead to Bremen route and the LCY to Bremen ceased. If you work out the ryanair fares with the add ons and the colossal charges to change your flight the fares I used to pay were maybe £30 more with OLT. Not forgetting the train fares from Liverpool Street to Stanstead. I moved to Germany in 2014 and now have to fly via Frankfurt or Munich to get to LCY.

This is very deceiving. That BA e190 landing with no noise is the complete opposite to reality. On the of the nosiest airlines/ aircrafts operating from the airport !
