The view outside is just beautiful with amazing landscape, coastline, and skies. I love going through the clouds and seeing the city from above. Beautiful and amazing plane, awesome landing that sounds amazing. Seeing other planes while taxing is fun and I love it. Also, seeing other planes land and takeoff while taxing is fun as well. I love seeing that Virgin Atlantic 747. it's so sad that they're gone now. You can tell that this is an older video when you see Thomas Cook and Virgin Altantic 747; I'll miss seeing those. The camera positionings in this video is perfect. You can see the pilots and the cockpit, and you see the outside. You hit some crosswinds, but at least they're light. Awesome video, I love it.

Thank-you for your very well written comment that pretty well sums up my thoughts. You are a hard act to follow. I always try to find the windsock to get a better idea how strong the winds are, and either I missed it, or it was not in the video. Of course, cross wind landings and takeoffs are my favorite videos to view. The one thing for me that keeps me amazed when it comes to pilot skills is how the cockpit crew(s) manually land the aircraft, and only use auto-land when visibility conditions mandate it. That is a true testament to their skills. Again, thank-you for your comment. I enjoy learning from others almost as much as I enjoy viewing the videos. I hope to read more from you in the future.

As a professional aviator I will agree with that comment. I’ve tried landings playing with Microsoft simulator but can’t get it to land successfully, but have no issues landing the 777 in a 30kt x-wind.

I agree that the yoke is sort of different looking. As I remember, the Concorde had the same type of yoke, but do not quote me on it. It would be interesting to research as to why that type of yoke is preferable to some pilots and/or manufacturers.
