The Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk Hotel property is located literally minutes from the beach! We had a 6 night stay in a OCEANVIEW CORNER PREMIUM SUITE (King Bed)
As you know, we are huge Embassy Suites fans for family travel! In partnership with Embassy Suites, I'm excited to share our experience from our hosted stay, including room and property tour of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk Hotel in Honolulu, Hawaii! (hosted)
This is such a fantastic property! We found the Embassy Suites Waikiki to be very clean with a friendly and helpful staff. True to our experience with the Hilton brand, the team members at this property went above and beyond for their guests.

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk Hotel is located just one block from swimming and sunbathing on Waikiki Beach and less than half a mile from the International Marketplace. Hawai'i Convention Center, the Honolulu Zoo, and the Waikiki Aquarium are all within 10 minutes. Enjoy free made-to-order breakfast for the entire family and a complimentary evening social on the Grand Lanai (4th Floor) includes 2 free drinks per person and assorted snack offerings. They also have live music 4 nights per week, complimentary yoga classes by the pool every other morning and free meal delivery from two local restaurants (plus a 10% discount on your food order)
Every Friday night, there is an 8 minute firework show that is pretty magnificent.

Such a wonderful location for family travel because EVERY room is a suite at Embassy Suites and the beach is literally a 5 minute walk away. Along Waikiki Beach you'll find surf board, paddle board and snorkel rentals, dining, snacks and fun little bars and gift shops.
Located right around the hotel are many shops and eateries, and directly across the street is an ABC store that has everything you might think of, including a nice deli - perfect for grabbing quick meals and bringing them back to the room.
Guests can easily walk to the International Marketplace (we actually walked all the way to the Zoo) and are a quick Lyft or Uber ride to other local favorites. This property is also relatively close to Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona Memorial (a must-do) and North Shore (we highly recommend Shark's Cove for snorkeling). To get to Pearl Harbor was a $25 Lyft Ride / to get to North Shore was a $50 Uber Ride. *The bus is also a great option and is only $3 per person - but does take some figuring out as you'll need to make a few transfers.

Hi! I do believe they have a parking garage with a daily fee … and I did see that they have a current Kama’aina special package that includes 1/2 off parking (reg $40 per day) You might call and ask about that ? The parking garage seemed to have easy access in and out of the property as I remember seeing it as we would walk to the beach. Have a wonderful trip!

You did a great job of showing the hotel! Had a question. We know that they’re now pet friendly. Did you see any pets around? And second question, what type of drinks are free? Is it only wine and beer?

Thank you, Cyd! I don't recall seeing any pets at the hotel, but did see a few when we were walking around the area. For the complimentary two hour evening reception they offered beer, wine and a choice of 3-5 other drink options (colorful drinks like Rum Punch, Mai Tais, Blue Hawaiians, etc.) I believe the cocktail options changed from night to night, but they definitely give you a nice variety. At that same time, the soda machines are also available for those that don't want alcoholic beverages.

Hello! As far as I know, they still have the free breakfast every morning (and it's SO good and well done) I have never heard about only being able to have breakfast once, so you might double check before you book. Embassy Suites always offer free breakfasts (with omelette bars, usually) and unless that has changed, I'm pretty sure they still to. I think you will really enjoy this property if you go, we loved it!
What are the four nights that they have the complimentary drinks and snacks?

Hi Oliver! They actually have complimentary drinks (2 per person) and snacks EVERY night from 5:30 - 7:30 - there is only LIVE music 4 of those nights, and I'm not sure on how that schedule works, but it seemed like there was always wonderful music playing when we were there (but that might be in my head, lol!!) Please let me know if you have any other questions, happy to answer!

Hello! It's very close, definitely within walking distance. That is what I love about this area - so close to so many things and if you can't walk, ride shares make it really easy! Good evening I have a question I looked multiple videos of this hotel I seen u had a special toilet with different features a true smart toilet the other videos just had regular toilets do u know if this is the only room that has this which is your room 2130

Hello again! I did ask my contacts at the hotel and at this time, the only rooms that have the smart toilets are the 1 Bedroom Ocean View Premium Corner Suites. Thank you, I was glad to find that out myself!
How long of a walk is it to the beach from the hotel ?

I would say a pretty easy 5 minute walk, it's literally out the lobby and across one street and the pathways to the beach are right there. Maybe 10 minutes if you did a slow stroll, but it's really pretty much right there.
I would assume this is an ocean view room?
