People who don't think Nikki Glaser is funny, aren't very familiar with stand-up comedy. They don't know Cosby, Carlin, Louis, Pryor, Seinfeld, Gaffigan, Chappelle, Rock, Hart, Martin, Wright, Burr, Cummings, Rickles, Winters, Klein, Silverman, Shandling, Mac, Prinze, Cho, Sykes, Iliza...or any of the greats. They're just unhappy people. It's not their fault; they've had unlucky, sad lives -- and their angry and resentful. Those of us who are working hard to do something with our lives, should feel sorry for them. That's what our grandmothers, who taught us right from wrong, would want us to do. Nikki is brave, smart...and really, really funny.

I think that men and women appreciate different kind of humor, it's not weird that men like female comics that sway more to the manly side of jokes. Personally I like to hear a punchline or comment that I am unable to expect, and it doesn't matter what sex it came out of. Don't expect me to laugh at some instagram/kardashian joke, I am unable to relate, but give me some random inappropriate joke about something we're supposed to not make fun of, and my hat will tip in your favor. Funny isn't decided by gender, its about so many other factors, and if you think you're not perceived funny because you are a woman or a man, you might just not be funny in that particular circle of people.
