I have the original freestyle. I'm so glad they came out with the improved version for a great price.

Great little flyer..it could check out my favorite kayak fishing spot from the air. That big lunker would give it the fish eye and think it was a dragonfly for grabs!

Very nice model. I like these EMAX boards because they have the option to use plugs for the motors. The SPI receiver is a downside, but it’s a compromise for the small form factor. Cheers Lee

We have one of the emax freestyle in the group and they are acctualy prety good.the kids like it cause its nice and light allso.emax did great on this one and many others.and that is a great little kit to get wat u get with it.stay safe lee as allways my friend

i got the fs 2 for the back yard ,, love it and its quiet , didn't think about linear ant. have to try it

i get over 7 min with TATTU R-LINE 1.0 7.4V 500mAh 95C 2S Lipo Battery and change the plug to XT30 Plug

3min flight time? That’s strange I’m getting 4.5 to 5.5 mins and nearly 6 now it’s converted to xt30

This little guy has so much potential but the vtx and receiver range is painfully short ! Will install an new xm+ on mine soon since the RF signal becomes an issue at 50 meters... My old Baby hawk as easily 3-4 times that range....fix this please Emax

Posted a question on a forum about the type of antenna to use on an analog module I want to use with DJI goggles and it was suggested that all BNF quads (except DJI digital equiped) come with RHCP antennas so I need RHCP omni or patch antennas. However I see your suggestion is for linear. So now I’m confused.

It is very nice but my motor wire broke after 3days of use

Needs DJI digital VTX option, and I'd buy instantly!

Throw on an xt30 connector and get a few 650 mah 2S batteries.

5 minutes is easy to achieve, the bigger problem is the very short range of vtx and especially RF receiver... 🙁 Otherwise a great flyer
