Hello! Do I have to pay anything extra to send the emails? and I have a limit of people in each email or I can send to as many as I want

whenever i hit send button, it automatically schedule when to send the email, i was waiting until the email sent at that scheduled time, but i never got the email. hit test button (not send or schedule it), it works why this happen ?

Is there an option where the mail is automatically send to every new user that registers to the app?

Hi Buvmateriali, That's the magic of Integration :) You need to make sure that you have the other applications installed on your database (CRM and Sales). Then, from the edition of the Email, you can choose your recipients via the selecting buttons. Good Luck! CLO

HOW CAN I RECEIVE EMAILS IN MY DISCUSSION

I think there's very limited statistics available after sending the email. I for example would like to know: Which customer clicked? What link did he/she click on? Which country is he/she from?

Everithyng beuautiful, but when I build my ount template, I see perfect in mobile preview, but when I send it, it gets broken, columns don´t wrap and the text looks very small

When you select as recipient "Contact" you are able to make the most beautiful selections from your contacts.

But it's not working in opened and click and reply user can reply but can't show. If any solution please explain

Helllo! Odoo works with 1 database per customer, that contains multiple tables that are altered by the modules (adding tables or modifying them to add fields). Hope to have answered your question! :)

This action requires the use of dynamic placeholders (find out more about it here: www.odoo.com/documentation/user/13.0/discuss/advanced/emailtemplate.html). So, add: ${object.name} to your email. It is very, very limited to 200/day ...

Hello Frances-Elisabeth, once you planned the email (for a specific date and time) it will automatically be sent at the time you chose. Once all emails have been sent, it will automatically move from queue to sent.

@@Odoo okay thanks. I don’t know why it wasnt sending because I was testing to see if it worked and I set it for 30min to hour from when I wrote it... and nothing happened. One actually went all the way to the sent but I never received the email

Question 1 - How do we create FORMS that send its recipients to a certain mass mailing? Question 2 - how do we get them auto-tagged? Question 3 - How do we auto-create a welcome email series? Question 4 - how are these steps automated?
