Fabienne Erni is one of (if not "the") most underrated female vocalist in recent years! For perspective; her first album with the band (Evocation II: Pantheon (2017)) was not only a daunting task in of itself as she was a new member, but it was ALL in Gaulish (an ancient language) so she had to learn to pronounce all the words in their original form then try and fit them into the phrasing of the songs while adding her own artistic element on top (of which there's plenty, go listen to Esvs). Since then her works has been AMAZING and so have her YT covers. The one-take performance of this song is incredible! Really worth watching just to get a sense of how much power is being used :)

she was forcing a high pitch in a lot of songs that were originally written with anna murphy and it came off pretty bad as a fair criticism but she has definitely improved. she just can't seem to nail rose for epona and call of the mountains

Each song of Eluveitie pleases the ear, mind and soul, and each new album is hard work that shows the level of skill of this band.

This world needs to be saved! And everything is in our hands, everything is in our minds, you just need to open your eyes and listen to your heart, to hear the soul through it. Thank you for the official music video for 'Exile Of The Gods', it's a beautiful video that touches the strings of the soul. ELUVEITIE has a soul, for me you are always more than just a band with quality music. Music opens a look within itself, opens a channel of communication with the Family, with the ancestors. Thanks to you from Ukraine! I still remember your concert in March 2018 in Kyiv. Peace to you!

Man, I can relate to just everything you said about Eluveitie. This band is an entity of its own, and it's a very good and powerful one, in my opinion. There is magic, stories, myth, truth... This band is one of my favorites.

It's another winner from this unique-sounding essentially Symphonic Metal band with a strong folk influence. Everything you want to hear. I do have a sight quibble about the production. Plenty of level ad separation, but it's slightly muddy and mid-range. However it's not bad enough to put you off a fine well-constructed number. It's a must for your SM playlist. My Score: Very Good 4*

After years I still can't get used to this sound. I've struggled listening to you ever since Evocation II. To me, it has nothing to do with Anna, since she wasn't there when the band founded. The band always had their own distinct, solid sound that I absolutely used to dig. Well the past years it's like you've wanted to throw that all away and become very flat in sound, that is. You still got the same lyrical quality, but I can't get into it anymore. I really feel it's such a shame. Your older songs up until Origins I still listen to daily. To me, you were the best folk band there was. Now I would look elsewhere.

Don't get me wrong, i love Anna. And I know Rose for Epona and Call of the Mountains only fits with her voices. BUT I love eluveitie with Fabi more than with Anna.

Okay, I have to say this because it bothers me: the lyric video feels off. Few weeks ago I went to watch you guys in Helsinki and you guys had an amazing show (loved the metal-version of Epona). The way you opened the stage with eerie red colors and a totally different vibe accompanied by this song made it feel new and different in a good way. It was a welcome exchange from traditional green/dark green/black colors. This lyric video doesn't capture that same vibe. Maybe it could've been more of a dark memory with black smoke etc. rather than white? Speaking of brightness, some of the lyrics don't really stand out in the video (for example, white lyrics on white smoke or bright background) like the chorus. The words sort of lose their meaningfulness as they almost completely blend into the background. The fact that some of the shots are so blocky (pixelated) compared to some other shots also bothers me, but I guess that could be interpreted as things deteriorating. Aidus lyric video had similar things going on, but it worked much better, so I'm not sure what happened here. Maybe too much going on (many moving images on top of one another)? Video quality went down during upload? Regardless, these are just my personal opinions. Love the song nonetheless.

The world is alive and becoming aware, even if subtle, but this is not subtle. The Bible clearly describes those falling away like dry leaves... Listen and you will hear, don't be dead, chosen ones ,you try to deny the truth and are allowed to walk away into depression, addiction, or are most attacked in life it's because you are chosen. And the potential you pose to the be a true warrior for the One True God is so radical an impact that the enemy fights you the most. You tried to be like everyone else and God let you to show you who you are not. You are a believer , a knower , deep inside you connect the dots and are aware of the creator and can't stand pretending you're something that you are not. Your not fake. If you ever are you can't stand it and reveal the truth. Your outcast but strong. You are loved and know you have a destiny. Knock and the door will open ask and you may know. Some of you aren't born yet some are considering. Love y'all. Peace
