I love this man and thoroughly enjoy every clip I can find. Just have to mention that bow and (mullet), I wore the same (minus the mullet) back in the late 80"s and probably way too long after. Thank you for posting!

Don't agree with all the comments, below. I remember watching this back in 1986 and it's still magical watching it in 2020.

Elton John, Pee-wee and Cher together, simply weird, by the way, as usual Reginald Kenneth Dwight stunning.....

Twist and Shout was the best part.

Very troubled times for Elton John here. He's putting on a brave drug fuelled face, but he's a very sad man underneath. The following year 1987, worst of his life, a gay man married to a woman. Then lo and behold the 1988 album Reg strikes back, Elton starts the turn around. He's on some serious drugs here for sure. Imagine what Elton thinks now looking back at this video clip.....

Elton had throat surgery in January 1987 in Melbourne, Australia after he completed his "Live In Australia (With The Melbourne Symphony)". I have the CD of that concert & it's superb, despite the fact that the rasp in his voice was obvious at times.

That is probably Paul Reubens, at least for me most known from Tim Burton's first full-length film, 'Pee-wee's big adventure' (1985).

Graham Norton's Show is the exception.

They have been friends since the 70's. Elton appeared on The Cher Show in the 70's. The B side of Don't Go Breaking My Heart is called Snow Queen and it's a song about Cher, not very flattering song mind you (snow in that song means cocaine)
