I honestly don't even care how he plays his songs. as long as he's playing and he's enjoying himself. that's all that matters. I dont care that his voice is gone either. I mean he's a 71 year old man that smoked his whole life, what would you expect. All I care is that he has a good time doing what he loves and keeps on. there's never any time to give up music. You don't retire from it. I really hope i get to see bob soon. i dont mean to rant, but you cant expect a 20 year old dylan anymore.

I'm just glad that he's still around and performing. The constant touring may not be the best for his voice, and one could argue that he's spreading himself too thin, but how many people could handle the kind of constant touring that he does at age 71? I guess you could say us Dylanites are kind of like the Deadheads were: we go to his concerts just for the experience of being there, to be with fellow fans, and to see a living legend.

i wish he didnt change the way he plays his classic songs. i loved the way he used to do them and i wish he would try to do it like he used to. even if he doesnt have the same voice anymore id like him to try to keep the classics the same. id still love to go to one of his concerts before its too late tho just to be there and see a living legend. johnny cash kept his songs the same style even tho his voice was going out- i want dylan to do that.

I don't think anyone can handle that constant touring including Bob.

Yes! That was pretty neat how she would even do hand gestures for the guitar and drums LOL

To my mind he said that Tony's playing on the bass guitar and stand-up bass. :)

Think it's about time Bob retires from Live shows or he should at least have a rest. But album wise, Tempest is great and i'm looking really forward to what else he has.

I thought it was 'stand up bass' instead of please after Tony's intro..either way, keep up the good work. Was there too, great show

"Well thank you friends! I'm gonna introduce my band right now. That's Stu Kimball playin' on the... the rhythm guitar. Donnie Herron is playin' on the steel... steel guitar. Charlie Sexton playin' on the 'lectric guitar. George Recile... of course he's playin' the drums. And Tony Garnier... playin on the bass guitar, stand up please." He has an odd way of speaking at concerts, similar to his "Theme Time Radio" voice. In interviews though, he doesn't sound like that at all. It's a put-on voice.

This is just awful. I mean stinking awful. What the hell is the matter with you Dylanites? The rest of us can accept when our favorite artists put on a bad show, release a crappy album or just plain old lose their mojo. It's sad, but it happens because they're human. So is Dylan, and deifying him just highlights your neuroticism. Dylan was a relevant, innovative artist once upon a time, and that time has passed. If you don't 'get' that, you don't 'get' Dylan.
