Fyi, I am a veteran medically discharged by your cool Barack Obama, I had 16 years in and he established a executive order if you didn't have 18 years or more you did not receive a medical retirement. You got a medical discharge under honorable condition. I was grounded as a flight crew member because i was injured during a rapid descent and could not regulate pressure in high altitudes. I am permanently disabled from this. All I received from your cool Obama was 20% disability with the VA. It wasn't till 2016, 6 years later, that my rating changed to 80% disability with the VA thanks to Trumps administration. There was nothing cool about Obama. His administration was horrible to us service members.

This past year was the first in my Life I wasn't able to get my children anything for Christmas/birthdays. I didn't vote for this. Won't be a quick recovery for any of the destruction, either. As for COLAs for Social Security, it's given out a year AFTER prices skyrocketed. What a disaster.

At least this White House had the courage to issue a correction rather than doubling down on inaccuracies like the previous White House did constantly.

Yeah…a COLA increase usually helps, but not when it doesn’t match the soaring inflation. You’re getting paid more, but the spending power is still less.
