Behind every successful man, there is a deleted facebook account.
If Facebook was fined $5 billion in 2018 for lying to the users about their privacy on the site, why didn't the users see any of that money?
I deleted mine after the “election” and my quality of life has improved dramatically!
There's more to life than being a social media junkie. My heart will not be broken if Facebook fades away
Deleted mine two years ago and never felt happier and more focused! that thing is a black hole and steals your time and life and makes it less social!
JESUS IS COMING BACK!!!
Reading books has really skyrocket the way I think about investing. Indeed, no one has ever got rich by saving money. In this new year, If you want to become financially free, You need to Invest. I've come to realize that the key to amassing wealth lies in making sound investments.
he almost nailed it. The alternative isn't other social media it's living your real life on the real world.
I feel sorry for people who live on FB everyday and need validation.
Mainly used to try to inform others; got me banned for 30 days , five times in six months! Apparently FB finds it threatening to have a mind of your own!
I deleted my Facebook and I've never felt so relieved to get rid of the toxic people that dwell there. 😌
I deleted my Facebook about five years ago. Best decision I ever made. Facebook is too time consuming and content is garbage
Different people use "social media" differently. For me, it's a link to friends and family that are 1000+ miles away, but I don't use it as a news source or for anything "serious". It's purely social. Others seem to live on such platforms.
I was banned from twitter last year. I didn't really post much there, but apparently liking posts they don't like is enough to get you permanently removed. I deleted FB a few months ago, after my friend got banned for something she posted in 2011. I figured if they were banning people for ten year old posts, my days were numbered anyway. Haven't missed either.
I was told many years ago by a classmate who at that time was a chief scientist in the defense department , never to get involved with Facebook .
Deleting FB was cathartic for me, I got fed up with their heavy handed oversight, 'fact checkers' and censorship. Never again. Zuck can stew in his own juices.
The thing that FB silently steals that astounds me is how fast time rolls by when using it. It is crazy, and they are getting away with so much more than that, of course.
I've never used Facebook. I never understood why people put so much of their life and info out there for public consumption.
Left social media over four years ago (except LinkedIn and KZread if it counts)
