I love how the lyrics says " Im learning how to love myself" "I have reasons to love myself" so different from other songs which straight up just says love yourself. I like how BTS says that it's a process and it's okay if you go slowly

Finally, idk why this song so underrated, im always teared up listen to this. ☹️ Just remind you maybe you could check BTS OUTRO: TEAR thank you. 💜

Sometimes when I screw things up, I get so frustrated that I stop breathing...so, what I always remember myself is to breath slow and just let go. It's hard but worthy.

I found BTS after just having graduated law school which should have been an accomplishment bc I’m a first gen student and I went to a top 20 school. But law school just destroyed my confidence and made me realize that everything I thought I wanted, I actually hated. And, on top of that, my relationship of 5 years was coming to a slow end. It was a tough time. Literally 2 months after BTS came into my life I was in a better place. I was painting again and learning a new language and reading for fun (and yes, I was painting bts album covers and learning Korean and reading Demian but it counts!) and I even lost 35 lbs because I wasn’t punishing myself with food anymore. Almost a year with BTS and I’ve lost 62 lbs, have painted 14 new pieces, started writing, and can hold a basic convo in Korean. I’ve made so many new ARMY friends and I’m a confident, kinder, better human. BTS gave me my life back and made it better than it had ever been. I’m endlessly grateful. 💜

Im glad of the effect that BTS makes on you because its works the same for us. BTS gave me so much and i never get tired of being thankful. I have many defects and i failed many times but they always remember me that im not an error, and i need to realize that i a human being that deserves more from and for myself.

ah this was the encore of the last bts concert i attended and it’s honestly such a powerful moment. an entire stadium singing i have reasons i should love myself? it’s such a sight to see and hear and experience :) their music really bring out the best out of people ^^

Bro, speaking about good day, checkout their japanes release. It's an older song, also titled Good Day. This song, and another called The Stars have basically the same theme running for their lyrics. Both are older songs so idk if many know of them..? But do check it out if you have some time. These three songs always help to lift me up on my bad days, and yeah, they dont really let me wallow in self pity(?) for too long.
