I had various other DJ sets from this night on tape back in the 90s, but I've never heard this one until now. Utterly amazing. I wasn't there, but I would honestly let God chop off my left little finger in exchange to be allowed to travel back in time and attend this night! I'm not even joking, seriously. I cannot imagine how good this night must've been.

Don't care how old this junglistic hardcore techno gets it will always be the most vibeful dance music there was. The dj's have to take a lot of credit for mixing the diverse and unpredictable beat patterns,unlike the easy route the so called megastars like Pete Tong, Graham Gold etc..went down with the straight boom boom beats!! Djs like Ratty,Ellis Dee and especially GE Real are true legends..has anyone got the best tape I ever owned,but had stolen..GE Real at Dreamscape 93 on 4 dex?

Glad you like the upload. Not sure if ive u/l GE Real at Dreamscape but there is a 3-deck mix ive u/l from Tribal Gathering...awesome set! Totally agree that mixing and chopping with the x-fader was by far the best style. It might not always have been perfectly beat-sync but thats what made it sound organic and ravey....happy daze :)

had a copy of a copied cassette tape of this.... (cassette tape = primitive format for audio recording) Regardless of the sound quality... The tunes still sound a little bit on the fab side 😁❤😁❤

Always remember coming home from this,had a lift back with a friend who was also still flying, she drove the wrong way around a roundabout,it was like slow motion,most screaming wtf you doing! We pulled Over for a few hours and me and another mate got a lift back with travellers near our town, good move because we were all bonging on the way home in the back, crashed into a lovely come down instead of a panicked 1 in a car going around the roundabout wrong way

had this flyer....ooo take me back to the good old dayz :)

yeah, i like the rough and ready basic sound though - so maybe it is dated, well yeah it is 20 years ago! - got a ton of energy the old stuff though and like you say was a good mix of styles back then. Cant beat the this era though from acid house through to jungle

Massive mix of house genres, acid piano... late 80s to mid 90s was an amazing era for music, Stone Rose's - Bizarre Inc (playing with knives) bring back hippos in Middleton with Jay Weardon and Moggy.... what I'd give for 1 more night
